A first!

Riley just crossed a big milestone. He was tired and we were getting ready to read in bed, but I needed to put some laundry in before I came in. To my surprise he went to his bookcase, chose a book and got in his bed himself. He read while I put some laundry away and then before I knew it, he got sleepy and closed his eyes. Voila! Asleep! He put himself to bed! If I didn't fear it'd wake him I'd dance a jig!
